Mindset: True Rest
"He that can take rest is greater than he that can take cities." — Horace Fletcher
Reflection: What would it feel like to do nothing for an entire afternoon? This week, try it once.

Challenge: For one full evening, no productivity. Only rest, conversation, nature, or music.
