Walking: Arm Swing Walk
Walk 30 minutes with exaggerated, deliberate arm swing — drive your elbows backward on each stride. Pumping your arms actively burns more calories and engages the upper back.

Stretching: The Eagle Arms Shoulder Stretch
Extend your arms in front. Cross your right arm over your left at the elbows, wrapping the forearms so your right palm faces left. Lift your elbows to shoulder height. Hold 20 seconds. Switch sides.
